Ensure your shoes are awake by moving your right shoe. Data from your shoes should sync to the UA MapMyRunUA Run app automatically, unless you open the app near your shoes during or within five minutes of finishing a workout that started as a "phone-free" run. This is to protect your data and prevent the app from ending a workout prematurely. You can always sync your data manually when your shoes are within Bluetooth range of your phone by tapping the shoe icon in the upper right corner of the tracking screen, then tapping the SYNC button.

Yes, you can track indoor workouts with just your shoes or with your shoes and your phone together. If using your phone, be sure to select the indoor workout type (i.e., "Indoor Track," or "Treadmill") before you start.

To see recent workouts you've done in your shoes, tap the shoe icon in the upper right corner of the tracking screen. For a full list, tap the clipboard icon in the bottom navigation bar and select the WORKOUTS tab. Items with a red shoe icon indicate workouts tracked in your shoes.
